Palariile se aseaza in tava cu lamelele in sus, se pune cate o lingura din compozitie in fiecare palarie se presara pe fiecare cascaval ras si se introduc i cuptorul bine incins, pana sa rumeneste cascavalul. Cand sant gata sa scot pe platou si se servesc reci sau calde.
