Pregatiti borcanele sterilizate in prealabil, asezati pe fundul lor frunze si radacina felii de telina, apoi puneti gogosari, alternati cu boabe de struguri si conopida, pana umpleti borcanele. Nu uitati de hrean si morcov , taiate bastonase sau felii. Hreanul si telina intaresc legumele deci nu va zgarciti!<br />
Apoi, turnati otetul fierbinte adaugati la sfarsit tulpini de marar si seminte. Capsati si acoperiti cu paturi pana a doua zi. Mie mi-a iesit 2 borcane de 1.7 . Apoi facem compozitia de branza cu care umplem clatitele. Amestecam branza cu oul,vanilia, romul , smantana 2 lg,stafidele , zaharul si sarea.<br />

Clatiti in 3 ape, fierbinti, pentru a se curata de pamant , frunze si altele.<br />
Apoi clocotiti apa cu sare, sa fie doar un pic mai sarat decat gustul normal si puneti iutarii. Lasati la fiert cam 30 min, apoi aruncati apa si repetati inca 30 min.<br />

Apoi scoateti iutarii, asezati in borcanele sterilizate in prealabil si turnati apa calda in care au fiert, puneti cate o aspirina, infiletati capacele si mai dati, la cuptor pentru sterilizare cam 20 min.<br />
Dupa racire depozitati la racoare, in camara!<br />
Sa stiti ca fierti, nu m-au impresionat deloc la gust, dar gatiti cu branza sant bestiali!!<br />
Acum sa va spun reteta care mi-a facut sa conserv iutari.<br />
Prima data, am citit ca se pot praji, cruzi si frecati cu sare pe gratar, fara codite, iar in palarie se pune, cate un cubulet de sunca, si branza iute,.. cica sant deliciosi!!Eu ,am fiert iutarii, apoi i-am prajit cu<br />
ceapa taiata pestisori,iar la urma am adaugat <i><b>bz. de burduf </b></i>si am mai lasat cam 15 min pe foc, timp in care am amestecat bine.<br />

Prima data facem <i><b>blatul</b></i>: bateti albusurile cu un strop de sare si cateva pic de lamaie; din zahar si apa faceti un sirop ca la duceata si il adaugati peste albusuri si continuati baterea; adaugati galbenusurile apoi faina cu praful de copt, amestecand de sus in jos cu grija. Eu am avut si niste resturi de <i><b>nuca pralinata</b></i> si am pus in blat. Turnati in tava cu hartie de copt. Dimensiunile tavii sant de 30/40. coaceti cam 40 min.<br />

Facem <i><b>crema de vanilie:</b></i> frecam galbenusurile cu zaharul , si zaharul vanilat pana se topeste apoi adaugam 100 ml lapte si faina ; 400 ml lapte se incalzesc pe foc.Se toarna in fir amestecul de galbenusuri peste laptele fiert si se amesteca in continuu, sa nu se prinda. Cand s-a ingrosat , crema e gata si o lasam la racit. <br />

Eu fac in felul urmator : cumpar verdeturile care imi plac in ciorba .<br />
De fiecare data ,pun cam 18 pg de <i><b>verdeata </b></i>pentru ciorbe ptr iarna. Socotesc aproximativ cate o legatura din fiecare ,per pg., exceptie facand legaturile de frunzele de sfecla rosie si marar, in care pun jumatate per pg... <br />

Asa pus ,nu o sa mai aruncati, in primavara urmatoare, cand ies cele proaspete, si mai are un avantaj: cand doriti sa faceti ciorba, scoateti doar o pg. cu zarzavaturile necesare pentru o ciorba plina de savoare ca in plin sezon. A !!!.... si o sa aveti si mai mult loc, pentru alte pg. cu legume si fructe.<br />
Separat mai pun cateva pungute doar cu patrunjel, marar si frunze de telina, dar neamestecate, pe care le folosesc si in alte preparate.<br />
Si sa nu uit: conserv la congelator si pg cu ardei grasi , rosii , verzi ,galbeni ,si rosii taiate cuburi pentru a avea o ciorba de " vara" , in plina iarna, atunci adaugand doar radacinoase: morcov, patrunjel, telina, ceapa.....!!!<br />

<i><b>Branza feta </b></i>o cunoastem cu toti ca nu e prea gustoasa, dar daca o prajiti ( e mult spus) intr-o picatura de ulei de masline si daca aveti o strop de <i><b>sos de soia </b></i>( eu nu aveam in casa, la momentul respectiv) devine pe loc delicioasa.<br />

Prima data ,scoateti bz. feta din ambalaj, si o puneti pe un servetel de hartie pentru a mai absorbi din apa.<br />
Apoi ,incalziti o tigaie si puneti jumatatea de lingurita de ulei masline.Taiati calupul de <i><b>feta </b></i>in felii potrivite la grosime, si le puneti in tigaie. Lasati pe prima parte 3 min, iar cand o intoarceti, 2 min.<br />

Scoateti pe un servetel pentru a absorbi uleiul.<br />
Pregatiti salata: desfaceti salata, foaie cu foaie si clatiti fff. bine in apa rece.Nu taiati cu, cutitul ci preferati sa o rupeti in bucati.<br />
Taiati rosiile si castravetii felii.<br />
Desfacetii conservele si clatiti bine boabele.<br />
Stoarceti lamaia si faceti un dresing ,amestecand sucul de lamaie cu ulei de masline, sare si un pic de busuioc.<br />

De preferinta se fierbe <i><b>arpacasul </b></i>in oale, ceaune de tuci , pentru a nu se prinde.<br />
Prima data se alege arpacasul, apoi se clateste in 9 ape.<br />
Se pune la fiert in apa rece cu un praf de sare. Cantitatea de apa , trebuie sa fie de trei ori si 1\2 mai mare decat cant. de arpacas.<br />
Lasati sa fiarba la foc mic.(cam 2 ore).Daca pe parcurs considerati, ca mai trebuie apa, mai adaugati un pic, dar calda!<br />
Nu grabiti fierberea si mestecati din cand in cand cu o lingura de lemn.<br />
Cat fierbe arpacasul, puteti da nuca si biscuitii, prin masina.<br />

Dupa 2 ore incercati bobul de arpacas si daca se sfarma intre degete si este inflorit inseamna ca puteti pune zaharul( mentionez ca daca aveti zeama prea multa , puteti sa scugeti zeama si apoi adaugati zaharul).<br />
Mai lasati cam 10 min sa fiarba cu zaharul mestecand sa nu se prinda , apoi opriti si lasati la racit pentru a se inchega bine.<br />

Acoperiti vasul cu un stergar umed, si nu puneti la frigider , ci lasati sa se raceasca natural.Daca prinde pojghita, indepartati-o!<br />
Acum puteti adauga romul, z. vanilat , nuca, razatura de lamaie,biscuiti si daca vreti sa puneti si nuca de cocos.( un pont: cand nu o pregatiti in post, razuiti o ciocolata neagra!! Iese un deliciu!!!!)<br />
